Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a travel LPN to join a long-term care team in Michigan. This 13-week assignment features a consistent overnight schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with guaranteed weekly hours and potential overtime.

You'll provide nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and collaborate with the care team. The role requires an active Michigan LPN license, LTC experience, and availability for holidays and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license valid for Michigan
• Recent long-term care or nursing home experience
• Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) charting (preferred/required, confirm)
• Availability for overnight shifts and every other weekend
• Must be available to work holidays during the assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility protocols
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and resident records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support resident safety and quality of care
