Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state LPN license.
• Required CPR certification for patient safety.
• Preferably 3-5 years of relevant practical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate residents' physical and emotional states daily.
• Initiate lifesaving measures in emergencies when needed.
• Provide holistic care for residents as per LPN scope.
• Monitor inventory of medical supplies and report shortages.
• Complete necessary medical forms and charting.
• Report any occupational exposures as per policies.

Skills

Current, valid state LPN license

Valid CPR certification
