Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is seeking LPN Travel Nurses to provide in-home healthcare across multiple states. You will work full-time with a minimum of 40 hours per week, with potential overtime. PCM covers accommodations, travel expenses, and licensure reimbursement to support your assignments.

You’ll be deployed to locations nationwide, including New Mexico, Colorado, Washington and Nevada, based on client needs. A competitive bonus program applies to new hires after assignments.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state(s) of practice.
• Licensed driver with valid license.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home healthcare to patients.
• Travel to assignment locations as needed by PCM.
• Maintain one-on-one patient relationships and contribute to health outcomes.
