Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking an LPN (Float) to provide high-quality care across Benedictine communities in the upper Midwest region. You will travel to multiple facilities under RN supervision, performing initial data collection and applying Relationship Based Care principles.

Required licensure as a Practical Nurse, proficiency in English, and clinical experience is preferred. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
