Delta Staffing LTC is seeking a Travel LPN for our Wisconsin Housing Onsite program, based in New Orleans, LA. You will provide licensed nursing care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide vital signs as needed.
• Monitor patient progress, report changes, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment.
