Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a long-term care setting. The LPN will deliver safe, compassionate resident care while working independently and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Shifts are 12 hours, nights only, with a block schedule and guaranteed 36 hours per week. Start date ASAP; IV certification and PointClickCare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing preferred.
• IV certification preferred; PointClickCare experience preferred.

Schedule

Variable Nights | 12-hour shifts

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Schedule Type: Block Schedule

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP

Charting: PointClickCare

Facility Census: Approximately 45 residents

Staffing: Typically one nurse in the building at a time

IV Certification: Preferred

Requirements

Current LPN license

Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.

IV Certification preferred.

Experience with PointClickCare preferred.
