Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Brattleboro, Vermont. The LPN will provide bedside nursing care, monitor patient status, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support resident well-being.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of LPN experience, an active LPN license, and current BLS/CPR certification, with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced travel setting.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an LPN.
• Valid LPN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Document care and patient status accurately.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and healthcare providers to plan care.
• Educate residents and families about medications and disease management.
• Respond to emergencies within the LPN scope of practice.
• Supervise CNAs and support staff as assigned.
