Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Long Term Care RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Douglas, Wyoming. You will provide skilled nursing care, oversee care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in long-term care.
• Active Wyoming RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, monitor changes, and take action to ensure well‑being.
• Develop, update, and implement personalized care plans with care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, delegating tasks as appropriate.
• Document care, progress, and health changes timely.
