Job summary

VFC Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join the Lightning Protection team in Ogden, UT, with weekly travel to multiple states to install advanced systems and protect buildings and lives. Training is provided, with strong starting pay and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass a medical exam and drug test.
• A licensed driver with a clean MVR.
• Physically fit – lift up to 80 lbs. and work on rooftops and ladders.
• Honest, hardworking and a team player who enjoys outdoors.
• Construction or electrical experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Installing lightning protection systems on high roofs and grounding projects.
• Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations.
• Handling and installing lightning protection cables.
• Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations.
• Traveling weekly with your crew to projects across multiple states.
• Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Tackling other duties as assigned—every day is an adventure.
