Aufgaben

• Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately following facility policy and nursing standards, under supervision of a registered nurse
• Perform routine nursing assessments, monitor and record vital signs, respond to changes in patient condition, and communicate findings to the supervising RN
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, grooming, hygiene, and feeding, while promoting safety and comfort
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and basic treatment procedures within scope of practice and according to care plans
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in the electronic medical record, including MAR entries, care notes, and progress updates; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust plans as needed
• Adhere to infection control protocols, safety procedures, and patient rights to ensure high-quality care for residents over the duration of the assignment
