Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP for a Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum assignment in Goldsboro, North Carolina. This travel position offers 13 weeks, 48 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and current BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS and AWHONN certifications, plus at least 18 months of recent L&D experience. Additional client requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS and AWHONN certifications.
• 18 months of recent acute care L&D experience.
• Additional client-specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for women before, during, and after delivery.
• Monitor mother and baby vital signs during birth.
• Identify and manage potential high-risk conditions.
• Educate and support families post-delivery.
