Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Spearfish, SD. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, and enjoy competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

The RN will assess maternal and fetal health, administer medications, and collaborate with obstetric teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care during labor and the postpartum period.

Qualifications

• One year's recent experience as Labor and Delivery RN (RN).
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess maternal and fetal health and administer prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and neonatologists for cohesive care.
• Perform fetal monitoring and assist during labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Document care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
