Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Columbus, OH. You will provide comprehensive obstetric care, monitor mother and baby, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires recent RN experience in L&D, Ohio RN licensure, and current BLS/NRP certifications. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and a support-focused traveling environment.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience.
• Current RN license compliant with Ohio regulations.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) current.
• NRP Certification valid.

Responsibilities

• Assess maternal and fetal health and administer treatments as ordered.
• Monitor labor progress and respond to emergencies per protocol.
• Collaborate with obstetric teams to ensure safe delivery and immediate postpartum care.
• Educate patients and families on postnatal care and recovery.
• Document care and interventions accurately in the medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.
