Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Aurora, CO. The position is a 13-week assignment with nights and 4,12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00) or an alternate 07:00–19:30 schedule. Begin date is 10/12/2026 and the unit is a Level 1 Acute Care Hospital with Epic charting.

Required: CO license or compact, 1 year of L&D experience, and BLS, NRP, ACLS certifications. The role offers competitive weekly pay ranging from $3,014 to $3,141 and comprehensive Aya

Responsibilities

• Assist with vaginal delivery and cesarean section
• Circulate for C-section and manage postpartum care
• Monitor fetal status and administer medications as ordered
