Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a travel position in Omaha, Nebraska. The assignment is 13 weeks long, 36 hours per week, with night shifts (12 hours). Licensure required in NE or a compact state, and competency in circulating OR procedures.

Travel and licensure reimbursements are included. The role involves working in a Level 1 trauma, acute care L&D unit with 16 labor rooms, 9 antepartum rooms, and 3 OR suites.

• Unit is Level 1 trauma, acute care Labor & Delivery
• Handles high-risk OB and routine obstetric patients with up to 400 births per month
• Titrating medications per protocols (Pitocin, Magnesium, pain meds)
• Occasional float to postpartum and OR circulation for C-sections
