Sentara is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for the Northwest Market Regional Resource Pool to work full-time on the night shift. The role involves travel among Sentara facilities, with assignments across ICU/ED/IMCU/Surgical as needed, while providing high-quality patient care and family communication.

A minimum of 2 years of L&D experience is required, and the position offers premium pay, a resource pool differential, and a supportive team culture within Sentara Health.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience.
• Night shift availability within a multi-hospital resource pool.
• Ability to travel to Sentara hospitals within the Northwest Market.

Responsibilities

• Assess/admit patients and provide ongoing patient care.
• Round, administer medications, and communicate with families.
• Support teamwork to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Participate in a variety of assignments across ICU/ED/IMCU/Surgical as needed.
