Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in rural West Texas. The role involves caring for mothers and newborns, antepartum, postpartum, and nursery patients, with night shifts and EMR documentation.

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience and current BLS/ACLS/NRP/STABLE certifications are required. OB circulating experience is preferred; postpartum-only experience does not meet the requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Recent Labor & Delivery experience is required.
• Ability to care for antepartum, postpartum, and nursery patients.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications.
• OB circulating experience preferred.
• Postpartum-only experience does not meet the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care.
• Care for antepartum and postpartum patients and provide nursery care.
• Support safe maternal and newborn outcomes throughout the childbirth process.
• Use CPSI/Evident EMR for clinical documentation.
• Support holiday coverage as required.
