American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN (LDRP) with 3+ years of experience and a CO or compact RN license for a rural Colorado assignment in Gunnison.

Rotating day/night shifts and full-spectrum maternity care are required, with childbirth support, lactation education, and vital sign monitoring. The role offers high pay, bonuses, comprehensive benefits, housing, travel/licensing reimbursements, and weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• Active CO or compact RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS, PALS

Responsibilities

• Labor and Delivery/Recovery care from labor through delivery
• Rotating day and night shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)
• Provide full-spectrum maternity care including lactation education and monitoring
• Support childbirth, monitor vitals, assist procedures, offer emotional support
