Job summary

Express Healthcare Staffing Travel is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Modesto, California.

The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, on night shifts (12 hours). Start date is 11/03/2026. Travel employment status.

Required qualifications include 1 year of recent full-time L&D experience, RN license in the state, BLS and A Neonatal Resuscitation Program. Prefer BSN and 5+ years in L&D.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience in nursing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in Labor & Delivery per facility protocols.
• Monitor laboring patients and assist with exams and deliveries.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure safe, effective care.
