The nurse will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating individualized plans of care, performing therapeutic nursing interventions, and advocating for evidence-based standards in patient-centered care.

Job Details

• Position Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care, including planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN); New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license; a minimum of one year of experience in labor and delivery; certifications including BLS - American Heart Association, ACLS, NRP, and EFM.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: More than four years of labor and delivery experience; additional certifications or relevant advanced education are preferred.
• Additional Information: The role requires performing EFM, vaginal exams, circulating in the operating room for cesarean sections, instrumental delivery assistance, and phlebotomy including IV insertion.
