American Traveler is seeking a Travel Labor and Delivery RN for a night shift position in Hoffman Estates, IL with a Level III NICU. The assignment runs 13 weeks with a 36-hour work week, consisting of 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM in a busy hospital unit.

Ideal candidates hold an IL RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications. Travel arrangements, licensure reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits are provided to eligible travelers.

Qualifications

• Active IL RN license is required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AHA required).
• Verification of license through Nursys and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start.
• All travelers must provide a US Social Security Number and a US address.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Labor and Delivery unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Unit cares for OB ED, antepartum, and labor and delivery patients
• Level III NICU capabilities supported
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Provide nursing care to laboring mothers, antepartum patients, and support emergency OB situations
• Holiday rotation and every other weekend coverage are expected
• All positions are auto offer
• Local candidates are accepted but are subject to a reduced rate based on the facility radius rule, which varies by state
