Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Winfield, Kansas. The role is 13 weeks long with a 36-hour week and 12-hour night shifts at a hospital setting.

Requirements include KS or compact RN licensure, ACLS, BLS and NRP certifications, and a minimum of two years in labor and delivery with charge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care for high-risk and vaginal delivery patients.
• Assist with sterile speculum exams, NST, reflex checks, sterile vaginal exams, EFM, IVs and medication administration.
• Manage surgical cases including cervical cerclage and neonatal/postpartum care.
• Support pain management during labor and postpartum periods.
• Handle C-sections and neonatal care.
