Job summary

A community hospital seeks skilled professionals for 8, 10, or 13 week assignments with guaranteed hours and weekly direct deposit pay options.

Min pay rates are $51.00 to $53.04 per hour. Housing may be furnished or a tax-free subsidy. Benefits include 401K match and referral incentives, with career development across facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care hospital experience.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school.
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
• Monitor, records, and communicate patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
