MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Nurse RN in Labor and Delivery for a short-term assignment in Waterbury, Connecticut. This role requires a valid RN license, a nursing degree, and acute care L&D experience, with certifications in BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS.

The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on a night shift basis. The nurse will provide comprehensive labor and delivery care, monitor mother and baby, and educate families throughout the birth process.

Competenze

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS AWHONN Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Mansioni

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care for mothers and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
• Monitor vital signs and manage high-risk conditions as needed.
• Educate and support mothers and families before and after delivery.
