Qualifications

• RN licensure in the applicable state is required and must be maintained.
• Minimum 18 months of clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU; 2+ years for other specialties.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS credentials must be obtained through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate patient care within scope of license.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement goals.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and outcomes.
• Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
