Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is a leading travel nursing agency placing Labor and Delivery RNs on assignments across the United States. RNs on travel assignments monitor patients throughout labor and serve as the primary contact for family members, ensuring safe and attentive care during the birth process.

RNs will oversee maternal vitals, administer medications, and support new mothers and families with infant care while providing 24/7 support and day one benefits on premier facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform knowledge of phlebotomy, basic IV, and central lines
• Assess and record maternal vital signs throughout labor and post-partum stages
• Administer pain medication and other medicines as ordered
• Educate and support new mothers and families on infant care
