TotalMed RN in Marshall, MI is seeking a Labor and Delivery travel nurse for a 13-week assignment, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts. The role requires strong L&D skills and adaptability to a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of acute care experience, BLS and NRP certifications, and is prepared to assist physicians during epidurals, cesarean prep, and newborn care. TotalMed RN supports clinicians across facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3 years of acute care experience.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Travel nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stand with and monitor patient throughout labor.
• Monitor contractions and assist with breathing techniques.
• Assess cervical dilation and progression.
• Support physician with delivery procedures and newborn care.
• Maintain clean, dry beds and safe environment during birth.
