Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois. The position entails 12-hour night shifts, 36 total hours per week, and a 13-week duration starting 10/12/2026. Requires active IL licensure and experience with high-risk OB care.

Per diems and a tax-free stipend may apply, with multiple market openings available. Preferred candidates will have 2+ years in L&D, ability to manage magnesium and insulin drips, and to circulate Cesarean sections in OR

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Labor & Delivery.
• Proficient in high-risk OB patient care.
• Able to care for Magnesium and Insulin drips.
• Able to circulate Cesarean sections in OR and recover in PACU.
• Proficient in baby care after vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Titrate drips: Pitocin, Magnesium, Insulin.

Responsibilities

• Provide L&D nursing care for high-risk obstetric patients.
• Circulate Cesarean sections and manage PACU recovery.
• Administer magnesium and insulin drips as ordered.
• Monitor fetal status and assist with neonatal care as needed.
• Collaborate with OR team and physicians to ensure safe deliveries.
