Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Travel RN for Labor & Delivery in Olympia Fields, Illinois. This night-shift position covers 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on a 36-hour weekly schedule, for a 13-week travel assignment, with start ASAP.

The role requires an active IL RN license and at least 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), travel/licensure reimbursements, and per diem.

Qualifications

• Active IL RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months.
• U.S. Social Security Number required.
• Ability to work night shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Work in a combined Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit within a hospital setting.
• Primarily night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Care for obstetric patients throughout the childbirth process.
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted but may be subject to a different rate.
• Responsibilities include supporting patients through all phases of labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Compliance with facility policies and participation in unit-based activities is expected.
