Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• Certifications include BLS, NRP, ACLS, and related obstetric competencies.
• LA license or compact license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care for obstetric patients.
• Monitor fetal status and manage perinatal emergencies.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections as needed.
• Ensure charting in Epic and maintain patient safety throughout assignment.
