Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. You will provide expert obstetric care for low-risk patients, assist with obstetric surgeries, and support postpartum transitions.

The role requires a valid RN license with BLS/NRP, 2+ years L&D experience, and proficiency with fetal monitoring, cervical exams, and IV management. Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours weekly, with a six-week cycle.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license with BLS and NRP certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of labor, delivery, and postpartum experience.
• Experience with cervical exams, amnio infusions, epidurals, fetal monitoring, IV management, Pitocin, newborn care, and post-partum care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to obstetric patients from active labor through postpartum.
• Collaborate with anesthesia, neonatology, and management during shifts.
• Maintain 1:1 laboring patient ratios and 1:2 active labor ratios.
• Document patient status in the EMR and monitor fetal status.
