Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for Labor and Delivery in Grants, New Mexico. The role involves delivering high-quality, patient- and family-centered obstetric care within the LDRP team.

The ideal candidate holds an NM or eNLC license, ADN minimum, BSN preferred, and current BLS/ACLS/NRP certifications. This travel assignment requires 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour work week, with benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Mexico or eNLC required.
• ADN is required; BSN preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required.
• Clinical experience in LDRP or related obstetric care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care per shift to patients and families.
• Educate patients and families with clear health information.
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and aides as needed.
• Document care accurately in the EHR and coordinate with the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to support patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Float to other departments with appropriate orientation.
