Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Laurinburg, North Carolina. The role involves night shifts on the obstetric floor, including couplet care and care for patients undergoing hysterectomies. A minimum of 3 years in Labor and Delivery is required with travel experience preferred.

Night shift is 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Start date is 09/28/2026 for a 13-week contract with possible extensions and travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
• Current RN license or Compact license.
• Certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP, AWHONN for fetal monitoring; STABLE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care on Labor and Delivery and postpartum units.
• Perform couplet care for mother and newborn.
• Administer basic medical-surgical care for hysterectomy patients.
• Monitor and assess patients throughout labor and delivery.
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and perform interventions.
