Amergis, a healthcare staffing provider, is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignment in Sharon, CT. The role offers 36 hours per week with pay of $3,139 per week.

The nurse will support mothers through the final stages of pregnancy, monitor vitals, educate patients, and coordinate care with the care team. Requirements include an active RN license in the state, 1 year L&D experience preferred, CPR, and compliance with applicable standards.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license within the state of practice.
• One year of Labor and Delivery clinical experience within the last three years preferred.
• RNC-OB preferred.
• CPR current if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with birthing and labor management.
• Monitor the mother’s vitals and clinical status.
• Provide patient education and psychosocial support post-delivery.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety.
