Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment. The role involves caring for women before, during, and after childbirth, with emphasis on antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum phases.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, recognizing high‑risk conditions, and educating families throughout the birthing process. Competitive weekly pay, health insurance, housing options, travel reimbursement, and 401(k) matching

Qualifications

Active RN license and degree from an accredited nursing program.
Recent acute care Labor & Delivery experience (minimum 18 months).
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and AWHONN.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to women before, during, and after childbirth, including antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages.
Monitor vital signs and assess for high-risk issues in mothers and newborns during labor and delivery.
Educate and support patients and their families throughout the birthing process.
Ensure medical and emotional needs of patients are met.
Monitor and respond to potential high-risk conditions.
