MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, including 12-hour shifts across day and night rotations.

Position requires active RN license, accredited nursing degree, and BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS/AWHONN certifications, plus at least 18 months of recent Labor and Delivery experience. Travel benefits and housing options are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN License required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS and AWHONN certifications required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth.
• Monitor for potential high-risk problems.
• Educate and support mothers and their families after birth.
