TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Newark, Delaware. The assignment is a 13-week travel role with 36 hours per week, featuring 12-hour night shifts.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of acute care experience and holds BLS and NRP certifications. As an L&D travel nurse, you will support mothers before, during, and after delivery and assist physicians during procedures when needed.

Qualifications

• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• 3 years of recent acute care experience (L&D preferred).

Responsibilities

• Stay with and monitor patient during labor.
• Assist physicians with epidurals, cesarean preparation, and delivery-related procedures.
• Monitor contractions and support breathing techniques; assist newborn as needed.
