Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Key West, Florida. The RN will hold shift accountability for obstetrical care across antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases, following the Nursing Process and hospital policies.

The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, on 12-hour night shifts (7 PM–7 AM). Must have RN license and seasoned L&D experience; ACLS, BLS, NRP required; PALS within 30 days if not already

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of prior travel experience in L&D, postpartum, nursery, or Mother/Baby units.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to Labor and Delivery patients during their hospital stay.
• Utilize critical thinking and scientific judgment in patient care delivery.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
