Anders Group in CARTHAGE, TN is seeking a Travel L&D RN for a 13-week assignment starting 08/10/2026. This contract offers competitive weekly pay, housing and meal stipends, travel reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

The RN will provide bedside care in the L&D unit, develop care plans, administer medications, collaborate with physicians, and document care in the EMR. TN or Compact license and BLS required with 2+ years of L&D experience.

Qualifications

• Current TN RN or Compact license eligibility.
• At least 2 years of recent L&D experience.
• BLS certification through AHA is required.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the L&D unit.
• Develop and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
