Anders Group is hiring a Travel L&D Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Memphis, TN. This role targets experienced RNs to join an established hospital team, focusing on obstetric care and patient safety in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Current TN RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
• 2+ years of recent L&D experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the L&D Labor & Delivery unit.
• Create and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
