Job summary

TotalMed is seeking a Labor and Delivery travel nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Warner Robins, GA. The 36-hour work week is spread across 12-hour night shifts. Requires 3 years of acute care experience and relevant certifications (BLS, NRP). You will support mothers before, during and after delivery and collaborate with physicians during procedures.

The role offers travel benefits, guaranteed hours and a tax-free stipend, with TotalMed RN handling staffing across facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years acute care experience.
• Travel assignment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stay with and monitor patient throughout labor.
• Monitor contractions and assist with breathing techniques.
• Assist physicians with epidurals, delivery preparations and newborn care.
