Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Travel L&D RN for a 13-week assignment in Carlsbad, NM. Start is ASAP and shifts are Days, 6:30a–7p. The role requires 2+ years of obstetric RN experience and active ACLS/BLS/NRP certification.

You will care for antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal patients, ensuring safe delivery and applying the nursing process in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ obstetric RN experience.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP required.
• ASAP start for a 13-week assignment.
• No floating, no call, and no interviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide care during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal phases.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Delegate patient care priorities appropriately to assigned staff.
