Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Rochester, Michigan. This role requires leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in the L&D department, using the nursing process and effective team communication.

Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Michigan RN licensure, BLS, NRP, OBIX, and Epic experience with at least 2 years of inpatient L&D experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and communicate pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
• Document care and teaching for patients and families and address variances from patient goals.
