Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate with care team, physicians, patients and families
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines including transfers and discharges
• Educate patient and family according to age, culture and condition
• Advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being
