Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Pittsburgh, PA assignment. The role involves independent imaging procedures in interventional radiology with a focus on patient safety and high-quality data acquisition.

The position requires ARRT certification or equivalent, BLS, and PA licensure readiness. Start date is 11/09/2026 for 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week and dayshift scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited program in invasive cardiovascular technology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• ARRT Certificate or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proper positioning and radiographic techniques for interventional procedures.
• Ensure patient prep, equipment operation, and monitoring systems are correct.
• Administer contrast under protocol and direction of proceduralist.
• Maintain aseptic technique and use time-out process for patient safety.
• Document patient history and ensure proper coding and charges.
