Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Interventional Radiographer to work as an Interventional Radiographer responsible for a variety of complex, specialized tasks associated with vascular and neuroradiology procedures in Manchester, NH. The contract is 13 weeks with shift patterns described as 5x8 days.

The role emphasizes patient safety, independent decision-making, and collaboration with radiologists and staff across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Interventional Radiographer.
• Independent decision-making skills required.
• Strong commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
• Meet all local health regulations, and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
• Physical and sensory requirements as listed (movement, lifting, hearing, vision).

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Develop and maintain skills in McKesson RIS, Physician Portal, PCM, PMM, Kronos, PACS, PHS, Teletrak and related systems.
• Monitor and ensure equipment performance to specification.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining an adequate level of supplies for patient care.
• Ensure relevant exam information is captured at the time of the exam.
• Assist radiologists in performing exams delivering clinical excellence.
