Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Everett, Washington. The role entails 4x12 hour days (48 hrs/week) with occasional call, in a Level II trauma center.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years IR experience, ARRT (R), BLS, WA license (compact license active at consideration), and proficiency with venous access, angiograms, and contrast administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Interventional Radiology experience required.
• BLS and ARRT (R) certification required; ACLS and ARRT (VI) preferred.
• WA State License required; Compact license must be active.
• Required skills include venous access, angiograms, nephrogram, and contrast administration.
• Preferred skills include C-arm operation, biopsies, ablations, kyphoplasty.
• Experience with genitourinary, abdominal/pelvic, vascular, and neurological IR procedures preferred.
• Proficiency with sterile technique, equipment setup, and PACS system.
• Experience with Siemens equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures in a Level II trauma center.
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety during IR procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment and document with PACS/Epic as applicable.
• Coordinate with IR team including physicians and nurses for procedures.
