Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Teaneck, New Jersey. The candidate will work 40 hours per week on 4x10 hour day shifts and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as Interventional Radiographer.
• Must possess independent decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions.
• Excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Maintain skills in clinical systems used for modalities.
• Monitor equipment performance.
• Assist supervisor with supplies for patient care.
• Capture relevant exam information at the time of the exam.
• Assist radiologists in performing exams.
