Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a contract in Evanston, Illinois. Start date 09/27/2026; duration 13 weeks; 40 hours per week; 10-hour shifts during the day; travel employment type.

Required: current license in good standing and appropriate specialty certifications. 18+ months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting; other client-determined requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing is required.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials are required.
• Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
• Operate conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images per physician orders.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing instruments and monitoring patient response.
• Maintain sterile field and interpret diagnostic data for physician use.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care with a patient-focused approach.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
