MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Ocala, Florida. The role requires a current license, applicable certifications, and 18 months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience, preferably in a critical care setting.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• 18+ months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
• Operates conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images according to physician specifications.
• Assists the physician with monitoring, passing instruments and catheters, observing patient response to procedure, maintaining sterile field, and interpreting data as needed.
• Assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practiced guidelines.
• Delivers quality, cost effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Works effectively to maintain an environment of excellence, which is patient focused and provides timely, compassionate care.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
